    Default Welp, made my target last night after class


    Started at 226 pounds a couple or 3 weeks ago and now down to 215. Still got another 15 or so to go but dang good start. BTW, drinking water instead of tea or mountain dew SUCKS lol

    I ain't ate enough lately to drop 10 pounds that way at one SITTING lol

    Stick with it, you doing good. Lost 32 pounds since the first of the year, scales said 199 the other morning, first time under 200 in a bunch of years.

    It's tough cause I sho love to eat. Killed me this week. I ain't had fried chicken in almost 2 weeks. I was eating in at least twice a week

    How come everybody is trying to lose weigh since Scott started getting skinny ?

    good job DD, I have dropped about 20 - 25 in last 6 months but only thing is, I aint tryin to lose weight, dunno what is goin on. Got a Glucose test coming up to maybe see ifn that might have something to do with it. I like being lighter but would be nice to know that it aint sumpin bad causing it
