I like to dip them in a butter milk and egg wash then into some flour seasoned with Tonys and a little blace pepper and salt. When they are done to a crispy brown then I drop them in melted butter then into my sause, I usually buy the Hooters sauce when I can find it, they tasted just like they came from Hooters.

I do them on the electric smoker. I've got the Masterbuilt Electric Smokehouse. I smoke them for an hour at 275 then dip some of them in BBQ sauce and some in Buffalo wing sauce then put them back on the smoker for about 20 more minutes.

I cut the tips off mine .. wash them .. put them in a big bowl cover them in my own seasoning mix .. toss around pour a bottle of franks red hot wing sauce over them.. put them in the fridge for a couple hours. then cook on the grill. I open a fresh bottle of franks sauce and baste them about 3 times during cooking. I can about about 24 by myself.

Franks red hot sauce recipe on the bottle is pretty hard to beat.

Another way friend of mine cooks them, is on a grill until mostly done, then mixes one half Sweet Baby Rays and one half western salad dressing and then hot tubs them in the mix on the warming rack until they are done, and they are really awesome along with some blue cheese dressing.

Dang you, now I have a mean craving puttin a hurt on me.

I prefer mine deep fried with no batter. I cook them extra crispy, then they go straight into a plastic bowl where they are doused with Frank's buffalo sauce and shaken until coated. All I need then is a bowl of bleu cheese for dipping. The guys that don't like the heat shake them in BBQ sauce instead.
