Outrageos story.....what is this country coming to???

The sad part is that the fawn was probably not abandoned. Most likely mama was close by and whoever picked it up had no business doing so.

I hate to see that story, but if its illegal its illegal. Do not think it was handled properly at all, but it said it was against the law to shelter or rehab a wild animal. No telling how many others die due to natural causes

The bad part of the story is the run and gun all out assault to storm the shelter. Many innocents have been killed over the years by these raids on the wrong places. And the all out militarization o our police and sheriffs has gotten out of hand.

Wannabe, I totally agree. It's gone from Serve and Protect to do what I say. 99% of the officers these days are hung ho types that should be in the army not on the police force.
