Default Outboard water pump impeller replace

Have a '98 60-hp Yamaha....needs water pump impeller replaced -- still get water spitting, but getting weaker....over-heats on long idles.....anybody ever done this yourself? I never have...watched a couple videos about it and it seems doable (even for me)....after I get everything apart, assuming I don't loose anything, I can take all the pieces to a real mechanic I guess.

    Anybody done it yourself?

If I can do it, ANYONE can do it LOL It's pretty easy. Here's a video of a 1999 Yamaha 50 HP.

Thanks! I'll either let everyone know how successful it was, or send a pic of how I somehow got the prop pointed toward front of boat
