    Default Battery question

Was cleaning out dads truck and found this battery he was bringing back. Not sure what it is out of, but looks like it could push a trolling motor for a while. Just don't want to fry my motor. You guys know any more about it than me?

Its showing a full charge on my voltage meter. Think dad may have used it to run his car hauler winch. I know the thing is big

So If I have room, would it be a good move to put it in my boat? And, would it take a week to charge on the onboard system?

R u using a 12, 24, or 36 volt TM? If more than 12V, I'm just one that thinks it a bad idea to mix/match batteries.
Will it work, I feel sure it will. How long, who knows...

Its a 12V TM. I figure anything will be better than the starting battery I have on there now. Just too cheap to buy a new, good deep cycle battery

It doesn't cost any more to go first class, just puts u that much further behind. Lol

I let one of my group 31 exides run out of water a couple weeks ago and they were bout 3 yrs old anyway. I got two new ones and kept the still good one. If u will come down an get ur SpyderLoks, I'll trade the still good one for that bat u have jus so u can troll all day. It's still fully charged. I'm expecting the SpyderLoks on the next truck due any day now..

It aint gonna charge a hole lot different than your other one, less amount its run down less chage time it takes.
