What is the best charcoal/chips to use in a grill. I bought a new Weber but it has been over 20 years since I have cooked over charcoal/chips. Thanks and have a RIce day

The model I bought has the gas ignition system so I won't have to use any lighting fluid.

+10000 on the lump. Burns cleaner and hotter. In my egg, I can put about 8 pounds and it'll slow cook for a good 14 hours

Is there a specific brand? Like I said, I haven't used anything other than a gas grill for the last 20 years
