    Default Cranks

Messing around tying some jigs and got to thinking about cranks and red hooks. Any of yall tried something like these for the back hook on a crank?

Was thinking it may keep the fish focused more on the back of the bait and maybe they won't swallow it so far. Maybe just won't matter at all. Now that the boat is out of the shop, I hope to try these this week or next. Not sure with all the rain we have had that dynamite will do any good, but got to go try.

Late summer, I sometimes add tube tails to the rear treble. Much quicker and cheaper (with loads of colors).
