U tell them you want to buy a license and they will hand you the phone.

Ms is right. The dam store will give you the number to call. Best bet is walmart, online, or over the phone. If done over the phone you need to keep confirmation number on you, if done online make a print out. There is a good chance of being checked right now around the dam. So have it on you.
