I got all the way to Tommy's trading post Friday and found my cranking battery dead. Thankfully they had an interstate dual purpose on the shelf. It saved me from waiting 2 hours for the marina to open. The bad battery was almost 3 years old, but showed no signs of going bad, go figure.
