Can I assume u have one ff at the console and the other on ur TM? I think there's two things u'll really enjoy if this is the case. One is to share waypoints and the other is to view ur track at each ff. u can also share the same ducer, but don't no why u wud want to in this case..

EZ that is the setup I have, I for sure like the fact of sharing waypoints, if I understand it correctly, I can use my big motor to cruise around and mark waypoints with it which would be faster and then move to the TM and go back to the same ones I just marked using the console unit. Can mark more waypoints in a track and then use TM unit to go back and fish them. Also read last night about using the iPilot track system to start and make a track and it it was productive, you can end and then turn around and start that same track back and follow it back to the same productive area. I know that is not anything new but for some reason when I was reading last night I had one them "DOH!!!" moments LOL
