thought I'd ask on here, never know until you ask. I found some nice lake view lots on Arrowhead Lake, and they were priced ok. but the hangup for me was the building restrictions, the smallest cabin you can build is 800 sq feet. I have the plans for a 300 sq ft. that I would like to build on a lot in ms, with a lake view, it don't have to be on one of the 4 big lakes, but needs to be within an hours drive to the 4 big lakes. this cabin I would like to build would have a kitchen, bath, living room, and a sleeping room in the loft, with a porch across the front. 300 sq ft. just right size for a couple to visit 5 or 6 times a year to fish and relax for a week or so each trip. if any of you guys have a lake view lot that would allow a 300 sq ft. cabin to be built on it, and want to sell it, let me know. or if you know someone with a lot like this, let me know. and thanks in advance for any help.
