    Default other grilling tricks ??? lets hear em


    # 1 before cookin rib's , take a paper towel ..peel back the skin off one end of the backside and grip it with paper towel ... pull it all off so the seasoning gets through and the skin don't get hung in yo teeth !!





    I learn something new everyday, and like to hear tip's / recipies cause everybody does it different so yall chime in

    Best tip...stop by Big H or DD' s house, drink their beer and eat what they grillin'

    After you do that. Soak them overnight in pineapple juice. Rinse off, then add a good dry rub. I make a base rub, then mix 1 part rub to 2 parts brown sugar. Slow cook at 225. For spare ribs remember 3-2-1. 3 hours in the smoke, 2 hours wrapped in foil with a 1/2 cup apple juice, take out if foil, then put them back on grill for 2 hour. Soak them down bout the last 1/2 hour with BBQ sauce

    #1 rule. Learn the difference between grilling and smoking. Grilling is hot and fast, smoking is low and slow.

    3-2-1??? My ash that's 3-2-2-1/2 bwahaha!!!

    Spray Pam or swab olive oil on the grill grates to prevent your food from sticking. If your lucky enough to have a Pam that will let you coat her with oil you can......oh, oops, wrong forum!

    After u rinse the pineapple juice, (if you like mustard)., rub a little "spicy brown mustard" over them before the dry rub......I have used Don's receipe and you CAN'T beat it!!

    Grilling tip for the day. Cook drunk chicken alot. It only takes one can of beer to cook it and I always buy at least a 12 pack to do it with. :D

    You can always take a few drinks out the one you stuffing in chicken too.. Nothing like get your meat wet then heating it up..
