You dang lucky it didnt sink, tie it down or hook it down somehow. Testing a new brella holder that is awesome but havent gotten permission to post pics yet, it's the cats meow to brella holding.

3/4" stainless rod threaded for center seat ped is the ticket.. You can move by simply putting Bella down and wrapping it.. Post ain't goin no where, plus it's 5 1/2' long so you get plenty of upward movement
