Great ramp at Wyatt...when the lake is up. During low water it is one of the first to become unusable. Anywhere rural without neighbors close to keep eyes on, is usually a target for thieves.

I'm seriously thinking of buying some acreage in ms, and I want to be able to park a camper on it, without it being messed with by folks that don't care for other folks property. my question for anyone that knows anything about Wyatt Crossing area, whats this neighborhood like, this is where I'm thinking of buying some property. and is the boat ramp usable, at Sardis lake boat landing. and thanks in advance for any input from anyone that knows this area.

Any place unattended is bad.

were it me unless your planning on building or living there in camper, I'd just go to the Dam Store and pay to park my camper there. Just down the road from 2 nice camp grounds that are right by main usable year round ramp. Be way cheaper than land payment.

We had some items lifted from a friends covered boat at one of those park n store places years ago.
Some of the cabin areas around Sardis you own the building but rent the lot.
