They're tough. I had about 25-30 things that I has to touch up. Outside outlets were loose, concrete on top of chimney was cracked, windows painted shut, moisture at the edge on the house was to high and it had just rained. Ahhhh I spent all day Saturday touching things up on a $129,000 house. Just nuts
