It's priced right to sell real fast. We're still in a waiting game on the new house. Short sales are a pain in the butt. They told us most likely by the end of the month but gonna be tough. We can't even get an appraisel on gthe new one til they set a closing date. I need atleast 2 weeks form the time they say lets go to get all my stuff done. Then I'll have a month to sell the one we're in now before I have to pay on an interest only loan

Thanks man, put in ALOT of work on it for sure. Got a couple of touch ups to do based on the home inspection we had done, then next Sunday, we're gonna have an open house for the sale. I just wish this dang short sale would hurry up. I'm ready for MY POOL lol
