Got a elec. smoker and trying it out on some yardbird. Used some mesquite chips in the pan around the element, added 2 cups of muscadine wine in the water pan and used plowboy fin and feather seasoning cooked for 4 hrs got 4 breasts still going.

I've been using an electric smoker for a few years now, mine is the type with a door on the front like a mini-fridge. I will never go back to a charcoal smoker, you can throw something in that electric, set the time and temp, put a water pan and some wood chips in it and come back a few hours later and it is time to eat - and the cleanup is almost nothing
It's all over but the fryin'......
