Great pics!!! Beautiful place
Thanks for the pics Larry. Looks like a great place.
Thanks for the pics Larry. I got to get up there one day and look at camp sites.
I will try to get down there and take some pictures of the campgrounds for tent camping and the rv part
Great pics Larry, thanks for posting them.
Leaving in a few to look the campground over. Try to give a good list when I get back.
The last picture that Vonna entered is of section 35-55, on mdwfp site it's 25-55. Very little space between sites. Sites 36, 40, 42, 44, 46 have very little space for a tent, like a 4 person tent. Odd numbered sites are across the road, waters edge, trailer space only. When looking at the this section on the map, sites 35-55 are the loop to the left. The dump station is at the start of section to the right, 25-34. After you dump, take the first loop to your left. The second loop looked dangerous.
Double haulers, leave your boat at the motel. Haul it in later if you need to.
After Debbie looked at the pictures we took. Sites are to close together. None of the kids tents will fit in that space. No space for boat trailer, trailers and extra cars. We will be staying at Tailrace campground. We plan to fish Yellow creek, Goat Island and Mill Creek, from the railroad bridge to Eastport. Catch up with you to fish together and meet for saturday's dinner.
It's below the dam, north side. TVA has it.
Just got my cabin for fall camp at least ya'll will have 1 Alabama boy there. Here to great weather and new friends.
Who's gonna be the first one to spill their drink? lol
Slabin
What is Fall Camp and can anyone come? Do we need to let someone know if we plan on coming to it? Is it family friendly? Sorry about all the questions
Figure when it gets close, we'll have a thread about who alls coming. Need a decent head count for all the supplies.
You all need to post your info on the state events forum too. Post State Events Here
I use that to guide me when starting the billbob free t-shirt give away thread! lol
Look out - billbob has his campsite reserved!!:yikes

Can't say that I read the whole thread so this may have been covered.
Any chance a newbie and his wife can truck down for a day trip to meet some of you good folks. If so please give me some details on what I need to bring or monies needed to participate.
