Antenna is mounted directly over transducer. It is mounted high pick up as many satellites as possible. Hoping to increase accuracy.
If I did a lot of single pole fishing I would just mount it flush on the deck. Not much need for GPS up in them cypress trees on oxbows:RoflQuote:
