    That's how we do omelettes in the duck blind....works great and tastes great as well.

    If your looking for different ways of making a good meal out of crappie instead of frying try these. Fish taco's or just grilled fish. I love em both just as much as fried. On the fish taco's I blacken the fish on the skillet, put in tortilla, add slaw, add green panchos dressing, and thats it. On the grill I have found that red fish recipes will make awesome grilled crappie.
