I just talked to a retired fishery biologist, billy Harold Smith, that at one time was over in the lab at Jackson and he is of the opinion that all the low water the last few years is what has helped the fishing in Okatibbee too.
They all legal on Tubby, he was over 13
Way to get it done John. Looks like a fine time.
