    Default Crappie Cakes

Been experimenting different recipe's for crappie. Cooked up some crappie cakes this afternoon. Very tasty. Little onion, green pepper, egg white, flour, corn meal and mixed in panko which made the outside good and crispy. Just a little olive oil. I've used break crumbs and crackers before but the panko is better for me. Dinner served.

Sho looks good. I boil my filets in Crab boil before they hit the fridge to firm up. Adds a little kick. OH and try 1/2 butter and 1/2 Olive oil to cook em in. You'll like it
