at around noon today, the county will find out if you will be able to purchase beer, liquor & light wine or not. Right now it has the county going wet but it is very very close, see below


With all 19 precincts reporting Tuesday night, the liquor referendum had 3,232 votes in favor of the measure with 3,213 against. That's a margin of 19 votes.

The beer and light wine referendum drew 3,219 votes for the measure with 3,175 against. The margin in that vote: 44.

There are 67 affidavit ballots which will be counted Wednesday at noon, according to Tishomingo County Circuit Clerk Donna Dill. At that point, the election results will be final.
