    While at Pickwick we caught several bass while bream fishing. I got a surprise with this oneit had a leach attached to the top of its head, i did not know they grew that big. This blood sucker was huge! I did the green carp a favor and pulled it loose before I released him. It had been on him for a while because when i pulled it loose there was no scales underneath it, only a raw bleed sore. Here's a close up of the leach eeewww!

    I caught a stripe off the SE point of goat island with one of those suckers on it a few weeks ago. Left a spot about the size of a nickel on its side. The look evil don't they?
