Scott's HP recipe, grease temp was right, size was right due to her new scoop, all was on the money. We caught 6 small crappie, Carol size, yesterday before the wind got crazy, well it was bad when we launched but I had an order from Carol so we stayed for the 6 fish. Southern Star fish meal and homemade cold slaw. I ate too much as usual. Oh I cook the fish and make the CS but the HP's are all Carol.

Carol is like WB, the only thing you dip fish in is ketchup however she adds some tobasco to hers. Now we have kin that love the dill dip. When you invite WB to a fish fry you need a gal of ketchup.
