    Default Trace Lake bream???

Got a cabin reserved for the 27 thru 30th. I have never been to Trace Lake before. I want to get my wife into some good bream fishing. She has never hit bream on the bed before!!! Some of you north MS feeshermen give me some advice on where to start!!! Like I said, all I know about the lake is what I have seen on bing maps and read in MS Sportsman.....

Ride around close to the banks and look and smell untill you find a bed. The big shell crackers can be found along the levy.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.

take a 1/32nd oz black hair jig and bounce it of the bottom along the levy with a 4 foot ultra light rod and reel it is a blast and if its not windy use a 1/64th oz

I do not know if they fertilize Trace or not, but I'd definitely make a call to the office there to find out. I've been to two bream lakes that were fertilized right before I arrived, and it seems to kill the bream bite. I've had a lot of luck up at Trace over the years, but I'll try to not come when you are going to be there. They are sure to fertilize it if they know I am going to be there.
