    The house we put the offer in on is going into a short sale and the apprasel came back so we're putting in a LOWER offer based on it. It's looking good for the moment

    Moving into our new house this Saturday. I will be glad when the whole deal is over! It has been a pain trying to sell my existing house. Not to mention finding out we have been paying taxes on our house for ten years and the tax assessor measured the house wrong when it was built. We have been paying taxes on a house that is 200 sq. feet smaller than the tax assessor measured it as!

    It's a pain in the butt Hugh. Ours just went on the market and we're just getting into selling it.
