Off Topic....
No where close to crappie but......I would like to take my dad on an offshore trip two days possibly ( one day for the rigs one day for trolling ). Question is can anyone recomend a good charter they have used.....thanks in advance

Capt Gary is a great guy. He smacks the snapper in summer then moves from Gulf shores to Venice in winter for tuna. We killed the wahoo and tuna last trip I took with him.

Venice for sure. Super Strike Charters has 3 sea vees (cats) and are a very smooth ride and they know where to fish. I had a great trip with them.

I went with the Red eye charter recommendation last year out of Gulf Shores. I was not disappointed.
In Venice I got a captain named "Boola" the # is in the pic Reel Tite Charters. This was an inshore trip. This one was a blast as well! 3 limits of Flounder and Specks, and a few redfish.
The offshore price for 2 people is likely to be pretty steep. Have fun and post pics/review.
