I caught about 20. Kept about 10.1 nice shell cracker.I could not dial them in.Fish were very spotty. No beds yet.Probably hit it again next Friday! Here's a few pics of the lake. I'll take some of the fish tomorrow. Got in late!About 10 years or so ago,TWRA drained this lake and repaired the levee. It was stocked with Florida bass then and it used to have some monster bream in it. Especially red ears. It's about 110 acres. It also has a good population of crappie. Gonna give them a try next Friday also! This lake is also about 35 ft deep in places and has defined creek channels all over it.I'm also gonna hit Big Hill Pond soon and see what's it 's doing. It's a few miles east of Middleton, Tn. on Hwy. 57. Another great TWRA lake for bream!

Last time I fished it, about 3 years ago, it still had lots of buster bream in it. Before they drained it there used to be a large population of what I think were Redbreast Sunfish. I miss them, but the bluegill that have replaced them seemed to be growing just as large. I haven't been fishing it lately, but it is a pretty and peaceful place to be so close to he city.
