    Tried your campfire meal with a twist to it. Chicken breast, onions, Taters, and mushrooms. They are really good. Seasoned with a little cajun seasoning sprinkled with some olive oil and black pepper.Sent from my dang phone

    Wow, that does look good. I'll have to try that version. I remember about 100 yrs ago when I was in the Boy Scouts our Moms would fix us one, uncooked, to pack on ice when we'd go on a camp out. We would build a big camp fire and when we had a good bed of coals, we'd bury them in the coals. You talk about good.

    Looks great! I like smoke sausage and bell peppers in there with onions,cayanne pepper, and some small whole taters, skin on!!Doush with some Ketchup and salt and pepper to taste!
