I scaled about 10 and was worn out. The rest got fileted like a crappie. We used crickets under a cork about 18 inches.
Way to go guys looking real good.

Does Griswold make a skillet that'll hold those if u don't filet them?
They're so dadgum thick they'd take forever to cook whole. I sure had a great time catching them though.
