    Recipe for Ms Tammy's Upside Down German Chocolate Cake

    Ingredients:
    1 cup of coconut
    1 cup of chopped pecans
    1 German Chocolate cake mix
    1 stick of butter
    1 pack of creme cheese
    1 lb of confectionate sugar

    Spray pan with non-stick spray
    Spread coconut in bottom of pan
    Spread pecans on top of coconut
    Mix cake mix and pour over the coconut and pecans
    Mix the butter, creme cheese, and powdered sugar together and spoon over the top of the cake mix that you poured in the pan.

    Bake on 350 for 55 minutes

    9X13, let the butter and creme cheese get soft too, makes it easier to mix in.

    Also, its a 8 oz pack of creme cheese.
