That store has been closed longer than Long Branch Tackle.
I use the one on the county line on 315 coming from oxford through the country . most days you get 3-4 doz. , fish all day and leave with 3-4 doz . take two buckets . take pope water valley road to 315 . (toward prophet bridge ) will be on the right about a mile once you get on 315 . about 20 min , from dam and 10 min from Chickasaw landing/campground .
From the State Park, that's a nice little drive. Would be nice if could meet someone at a ramp in that area.
About 10 years ago I would drive to Cosser and fish with my uncle. One rainy day we drove around the lake. Stopped at that store and got 3 dozen each of minnows. We fished those minnows for 5 weekends. My off days were sunday and monday, so monday was our day to fish.
