Takes about 1 hour to mow both the front and back with a yard-boy push mower. Mow it twice a week, and use Scotts Southern Lawn Weed N Feed twicet a year. Nice, thick St. Augustine in front and zoysia in back. Weed n Feed every year.....
I got JM ph number so gonna see what he can do. I really don't mind mowing--keeps me from sitting on the couch--I just hate the weeds. Plus when it's all in Bermuda you don't have to mow as much (doesn't look bad when you miss a week or two) I can say I'd rather have a big yard with with neighbors not right on top of me but the way my lot is laid out they are still closer than I want:)
