Today was senior skip day at Tupelo High School so my son and 2 of his buddy's spent theirs fishing at hurricane.
They caught these standing on the rocks of the Indian mound. They went to eat and get ice and then they are going to fish some more. 7 crappie so far the rest are stripe.

gona catch alot of stripes ( white bass) fishing around the mound rite now.
They got side tracked after lunch catching white bass in the creek and never went back after the crappie. His buddy's don't fish that much and they got carried away catching white bass. They caught them till they got tired of catching them. They said they had a ball. At least I got 14 nice crappie fillets for supper this week.

He ask me if I wanted to go but I figured I let them have there freedom. I know what it's like to be out with your friends your senior year. They don't act the same when I'm around. Besides I got some work done at the shop getting a gas powered air compressor ready to sell that we had on our service truck. Trying to raise a little money to get the boat going. Also got a start on cleaning the shop up so we can work in it. Everybody just piled stuff in there for the last 3 years while I was unable work over there.
