Great looking mount Bill. Got my fingers crossed.....maybe I'll get one next weekend at Lake Washington.
It does look great. My barber caught a huge muskie last summer in Canada. They took pictures and measurements, etc. His children got him a fiberglass mount for his birthday and the fish is big, but the paint job made it look like a salmon. UGLY!
The painting is where the difference is in a quality mount, but I've seen crappie that looked like they were mounted on a carp form with their heads and mouth rounded down, and they were just black and white. I hate those kinda mounts. They just don't look natural.Quote:
