    Default boat light's question

I have a wiring question for you guys, I have black lights in my rubrail on both sides of my boat. have one switch up front that turn them on, I don't like fishing with both sides on, so I was thinking of using 2 switches, one up front to turn the lights on, only on the left side. and another switch back at console, that would turn both sides on at the same time. is there a way to wire 2 switches to these lights so they will work as I would like. and I thank anyone that can shed a little light on this, I have over worked my little brain on this one.

Not an electronics guy, But just thinking aloud. For me it would be easier to go with 2 switches up front, mainly to turn either light off or on after the main console switch was thrown.

thats the only way I can see to use one side at a time. but I like having them all on when running down the lake. thats why I would like to have one switch that would turn them all on from the drivers seat. maybe someone knows how to wire them, I've searched Google without any luck.

Two switshes up front ( 1 for each light ) powered by 1 master switch in the back is the way to do what you are wanting

Turn 'em on from anywhere in the boat without getting up.
