    Slowed down just north of Cleveland truck with a covered lund boat. Guy had rear passenger side door open. Looked like he had a flat and was trying to get spare. I was going to pull in an help when I discovered he had other problems. BPTM. He might have been kin to me. Oh well it happens to all of us
