KDavid, scoot your seat up closer so you can push the accelerator down further and the truck might go faster than 20mph in town :) if you got the seat all the way up, you might wanna opt for some big pillows behind your back lol
Down hill makes a big difference. No hills in mississippi!!!! Just big crappie,Turkey and Big Bucks!!!!
I put larger tires on mine a few months ago. Dropped my mileage around 3 mpg. Maybe a little less, since the speedometer is off now. Still get 16-19 on highway, and around 14 pulling the boat.

Went Turkey hunting in sippi. The guy I went with said it was flat no problem carring a thunder chicken out.Where did those hills come from.!!!Thought I never would get that thunder chicken too the truck!!!!Lots of thunder chicken in sippi looking for lonely hens!!!!Next time I will take the BAD BOY!!!!
'Sippi is unique as it has several different terrains. Basically, if you are west of I-55 you are in flatland delta, anything east is red clay hill country until you get to the Ten-Tom river basin, where it has slightly rolling hills with dark rich soil. Then as you get south "below Hattiesburg" the land gets sandy, flat and coastal.
