I opened a craigslist local ad yesterday. 40 sw once fired brass 10 cent each, got 5,000. Another local dealer has it for .03 each, cleaned .04 each, polished .05 each and decapped .06 each. Pay these higher prices and reloads will cost as much as factory ammo.
