She's the last one. The other 2 kids are gone form the house. THANK GOODNESS. She'll be out of school in May and fixin to get married.

I thought if you transferred a title with in the family you did not have to pay taxes on it . Right or wrong I think if know them a the tax office they may let you slide . just saying
