DEAD AS FRIED CHICKEN
Another stand at Hwy 51 and Church rd. It's been there for the last 3 weeks. Ours won't be ready for a few months. These are shipped from the gulf coast. LA and TX.
One thing I have never eaten. Always heard they are awesome. Hard to find here in nc
If they are cooked rite aint much peelin. Pull that head off then squeeze that tail and enjoy. Now if they arent cooked rite it can be a pain to get the goody outta the tail. I can eat a five gallon bucket of em. As long as I got a half a five gallon bucket of beer.

Yep they just came into season two weeks ago but there a little pricey right now
They are easy to peel if they're fresh. We'll have our first boil the weekend of the paddys Day parade and I can't wait. BTW, If any of you Jackson area guys want some good but cheap Sausage to put in your crawfish or shrimp boil. Country Pleasin Sausage's store in Florence sells ends and pieces in a 10 lb box for a little over 10 bucks. I always volunteer to get the sausage LOL
