Did boat patrol on Enid for 6 yrs . If you called we went .Call vicksburg Dist. office and they all will show ! Have gone out(in a metal boat)at night when the lightning made it look like day light . Have went home at daylight (got off at midnight ) only to find out here dear husband that did not return from fishing, at dark was drinking beer at his wife's best friends house till 5 a.m. .G:deadhorse get a map of the c.o.e. lake you fish and keep it handy .It has all the phone numbers you will need .:twocents

Ok maybe I'm wrong. I was out there at daylight and it felt like a north wind to me. I was so dang cold!! It had some east in it but I would say from 6 til 9 it was nne. Guy that tried to help said the man had pulled his boat up to the ramp and left boat unattended only to return to a boat near capsized with water. Water was lapping over the sides. Sounded like a bad deal. Not sure how they got it out.
