What your going to do is ruin those deep cycle's if you don't start hooking up that charger as soon as you can after discharging them. Running them down then letting them sit 2/3 weeks is a no,no. SHAME SHAMEnonono
My 55 like yours that I had almost never showed 100%. Pulled cranks with my Glastron with the exact same set up you have fo 6 to 7 hours solid without running them completely down.
You'll extend battery life a bunch by never discharging them below 50%, I'd imagine that's the one biggest cause of battery failure for marine batteries.
I must have missed the part of KD's posting where he said he delayed charging batteries, and Cray's right, that just gives them time to sulphate.
