Glad all is well.I had scoped rotator surgery and recovery was 6 mo.I drove about 500 nails overhead while doing repair to my house and spent 2 days a week catching white bass out of Butla spillway on cranks.I had therapy 5 days a week and reduced days as time went along.Stay off the loratabs if possible cause they will get you hooked easy.Fish slime will help that arm heal properly!Get you a rope and pulley to hang on the door and use that to stretch out that arm.
