Very true.....and even if you have thought yourself to be a good swimmer all your life.....things change when a person gets older.

I was a good swimmer when I was young and didn't pay much attention to wearing a lifejacket. My daddy snatched me out of a boat one day and "calibrated" me on that issue. Don't remeber much of what he said except "you may be a good swimmer, but when you fall out of the boat and bump your head hard enough to knock yourself out, don't matter how good you can swim"

Would be pretty hard to police that rule.

I heard the same thing.

Sad news either way.

would be easier to enforce that because your stationary right off the banks. it was easy for the police to enforce snagging at grenada res, I dont see why enforcing saving a life could be any harder. much more worth the effort for sure!

WELL IF THEY CAN COUNT YOUR FISH FROM THE TOWER THEN COME DOWN LATER AND JUST CHECK CERTAIN BUCKETS , IT WOULDN'T BE TO HARD . :dono AND WHERE IS THAT CAMERA VEIW . OUGHT TO SHOW . JUST SAYING .
