Handy andy on north lamar . B's barbeque just down from the post office ( can't remember the street ) ask anyone these are two of the best . Stay off the square , high as a cats back and all come off the same truck . Coached in Oxford , 14 yrs.

The wife and I spent a 3-day weekend up there a couple years ago. It was summertime and not crowded, the square area kinda has a New Orleans atmosphere, less the vulgarity, with lots of live music, and great food. Boure's ended up being our favorite, the Char Grille was descent, one morning we drove out to the Colonel's Quarters for breakfast, if I go back I may try their dinner. We didn't make it out to Taylor Grocery but have heard nothing but good things about it. Hope this helps. Congrats to your son.

Thanks. His team is doing well. The wife and I decided to leave early. Teenagers are funny about parents being around their peers. He will be there for a while because several schools didn't show up and the brackets are all messed up now. He decided that he wanted to ride bus back with his buddies. We just got home a little bit ago.
