Right now its just a proposal.......It will have to go before the Legislature and be voted on before it will become law.

Probably March 1, if it passes the vote. There is informational meeting Jan. 31 at the Enid dam fish hatchery.

If they are gonna do it, DO IT on all of the Big 4, Not just one.

Think the reason for doing it on just one is to see how it works and if it looks beneficial then they would do the other three.

Personally, I'd like to see them limit the number of big fish that can be kept.
