Homemade Spaghetti sauce been in crock pot since about 10am. gonna be good with some garlic bread.

Im gonna give you a little tip Cray cause I like you soo much. Put a whole peeled onion in it when you start, it will soak up all the tomato acid. throw onion away when done

Hey Wilbur just cause I like you so much that's one of the first things I put in I grew up in a small town in SE Oklahoma that was predominately Italin with most of them from the old country. Got that recipe from friends mother years ago. I grow Roma tomatoes in the summer just to chop up and freeze just for this sauce. I can't take much of that acid in some of the canned tomatoes.

Thanks for the heads up though. Most people don't know that.
