makes sense--and cool
Yeah that was one of them. He wanted the spider rigging season to start in the summer so the crappie could swim up the river in the spring and spawn.
I fish both ways. But i wonder what the ratio is for out of state license sales for single polers compared to spider riggers?
thats what i am saying big c, there is little enforcement after the spawn or when no tournament is being held . The wardens are not the problem . The lack of funds to have enough manpower keep the gw off the road .you are right it don't take long but those that want to make 4 trips a day do it .
A limit is a limit....what difference does it make on what method or how many poles you use?

Just to say , it is speck's fault , he and his buddies and there washing machines . And wannabe is ugly still . Saw something the other night he needs for his hair ."tippot " or something like that . The limit and the length rule is the only thing that matters number of poles . The yjust pulling your chains with that . It shouldn't catch 15, 20 or ever how many and again it is only for those that follow the rules . Catch there limit and go home .
I agree with you. The double and triple dippers need to be caught tho. Those kinda guys are slobs.

Is the change a done deal and if So when does the new rules for Sardis take affect ?
Probably is......those public meetings are just a legal formality....our input means nothing...their minds are already made up. Thing about it is the bioligists they have hired that we pay for seem to disagree with their decision.

I was at the meeting last night and will post a complete summary shortly. In a snapshot: It's not a done deal yet. You have two weeks to make recommendations to the Executive Director.
